Management Innovation Services GmbH provides via www.managementkits.com and http://kits.managementkits.com/ an individual or collaborative service to create, analyze, share, and discuss strategic business issues such management and organization topics (hereafter called "Content").
PREAMBLE: OUR WORK TO ENSURE THE HIGHEST DATA PROTECTION STANDARDS
We at Management Kits are fully committed to adhere to the highest possible data protection standards for our users. Accordingly, we are currently working to keep all Management Kits systems, practices and processes in line with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the upcoming new data protection law in our home country Switzerland. It is our intent to consistently apply those standards to all our users globally.
Our plan and the ongoing, and partly completed, work to assess and act upon the implications of the regulation for the Management Kits systems and routines, includes the following elements, among others:
- Embrace privacy by design by deactivating and removing website analytics services that have been redundant or were not used by the Management Kits team to improve the user experience of our Kits and Content (completed)
- Embrace privacy by consent by updating the cookie notification for users of our website properties and link to this privacy policy on all properties used by Management Kits (completed)
- Design a fully compliant, opt-in based sign-up process to our newsletter e-mailing list in connection with registering for the Management Kits platform at http://kits.managementkits.com/ (in progress)
- Suspend automatic sign-up to our newsletter e-mailing list as part of registering with the Management Kits platform at http://kits.managementkits.com/ (completed)
- Conduct and document a system analysis with regard to personalized data and create a complete and detailed inventory of personalized data collected by systems required by Management Kits to provide its services (in progress)
- Establish communication channels and routines to honor all requests from individual users of Management Kits to administer their rights under the above-mentioned regulations (in progress)
- Collect the formal confirmation by all partners and system providers of Management Kits that they fully comply with the above-mentioned regulations in providing their services and commit to executing upon according requests by Management Kits (in progress)
- Adapt and develop the Management Kits Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to reflect the ongoing work as laid out above, and notify users accordingly (in progress)

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE PRACTICES
Personal Data
We collect personally identifiable information ("Personal Data") from you when you voluntarily choose to provide Personal Data. We use the Personal Data that we collect in order to provide and improve our services. Examples of Personal Data we collect include first name, last name, address, email address, telephone number, billing and credit card information, and information regarding your subscription.

Information collected by Google analytics will be merged with your personal data only if we get your prior consent to do so.
