Europe / Middle East cohort – all sessions are virtual and scheduled for Europe and Middle East time zones. Times are Zurich time.

Between sessions: job-embedded work on your own project on the platform – recommended 60 minutes per week. The topic focus of each session responds to the cohort's projects and leadership skills. All 2026-27 session dates are fixed, so you can block them now.

#1 Launch Call – Mon 30 Nov 2026, 5.30–6.45 pm Zurich time
Onboarding and first steps on the platform, your leadership challenges and working priorities – setting your reflection focus for the year.

Kick-Off & Group Work Sessions – 27 Jan, 15 Mar, 19 Apr 2027
Collaborative planning workshops (virtual) building on your individual priorities, ongoing progress and shared reflections & experiences. Diagnostics, retrospective, planning your next actions – and a topic focus chosen with the cohort.

#3 Community Call – Mon 22 Feb 2027, 5.30–6.45 pm Zurich time
Joint retrospective and in-depth focus on a key leadership topic and specific enablers of your work; topics responsive to the group's feedback and interests.

1:1 Coaching Sessions – 3 per participant, individually scheduled

#6 Community Celebration – Mon 24 May 2027, 5.30–6.45 pm Zurich time
Retrospective, impact and certification: sharing stories of success and how we dealt with challenges – most of all celebrating the positive impact made on student learning and your growth as leaders.

Who is this for? Aspiring and experienced leaders from K-12 international and independent schools – for example Assistant Principals, Counsellors, Curriculum Leaders, DEIJ Leaders, Grade Level Leaders, Heads of Department, Literacy Leaders, MYP Coordinators and Phase Leaders. The 2026-27 open cohort is a Europe / Middle East cohort, with session times set for these regions. You bring a real school development project or leadership challenge; we bring the tools, the peer group and the coaching to move it.

School-wide journeys can be launched throughout the school year with flexibility; school cohorts typically start at 12 participants (open ended).

To make sure Management Kits co-create impact in education, we build on advisors with combined experience in international education (K-12) of more than 75 years, including more than 40 years in senior leadership.
