The Decision-Rights Map
Who may overrule the AI, on what grounds, and who answers when it is wrong. One workflow, one page, one week. Print it on A3 and fill it in with the two people who will have to live with it.

How to use it
- Pick one workflow an AI tool has already entered.
- Write down the three to five steps where the tool acts.
- For each step, four names: who decides, who may overrule and on what grounds, who reviews, who answers when it is wrong.
- Leave the blanks blank. They are the finding.
- Spend thirty minutes on the blanks with the two names that appear most, and log the first real overrule.
The method and the research behind it: Before your first agent goes live, decide who may overrule it.
